We are family. We are kind. We are here.

Our Residential Home is a place where we become a second family.

We are here when Residential care is needed for our Service Users, ready to help in creating the perfect environment to suit each Service Users needs.

We are able to facilitate for a broad and varied range of care needs, including One-to-One care.

Our bungalow is a private and homely space where we provide a warm, family environment, where our Service Users needs are always put first.

Please see our CQC report as below:

Person-Centred Care

We put the needs of our Residents first- making sure that we are always listening to them, asking for their preferences and choices, and always doing what is appropriate and right for them. Everyone has a voice, and everyone is respected.

Individual Needs

Our Residents have Key-Workers who are the first point of call when it comes to making sure our care is person-centered, and help role in liaising with the families - with email updates being sent home and more.

Dignity and Privacy

We treat the dignity and privacy of our Residents with the utmost respect- in every aspect of their day, from morning to night. The building is their home, and as such, you won’t find us posting photos of that side of our service online. We encourage our Resident’s independence and autonomy, both in and outside of their home with us, and protect these rights unreservedly.

Community

We love being involved in our local community, and we are always keen to find new ways and events where our Service Users and Residents can engage with our community and neighbours!

If you run or are part of a local community project that you would like to invite us to or would welcome some collaboration with, please use our “Get in touch” page and send us a message!

Working with our families

We know that making the decision to move into full-time care is not a decision that is easy to make, nor one that is taken lightly.

Our whole team make sure that families of our Service Users are involved in making the transition into full-time care as gentle and kind as possible- we know that it is a process that requires support, patience and understanding, and that everyone involved deserves kindness in the adjustment period.

We are here to help.
